Open Gym Exercise - The Medical Center of Plano offers an open gym exercise facility with trained staff to monitor your exercise routine. The monthly fee includes unlimited visits during open gym hours. The facility offers exercise bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainer, weight machines and free weights.
