Location: Dillard's - The Shops at Willow Bend
A weekly program that helps both expectant and new mothers live, love, and laugh as they lead their families to a healthy and happy lifestyle. The group gathers at 10 on Wednesday mornings in front of Dillard’s at The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano. As participants socialize with other moms and their babies, and listen to a weekly health tip from the registered nurse facilitating the group, they gain confidence in their ability to perform in the new role of mother. The importance of exercise is emphasized when participants make a circuit of the mall with their strollers. There is no charge for this organized gathering, which offers abundant opportunities to connect with other mothers and babies.
